The primary objective is to raise sufficient funds to upgrade the audio visual system at the IIUM Sultan Ahmad Shah Mosque, located on the Gombak Campus. This initiative is crucial to improve the overall prayer experience and address the current sound quality issues faced by mosque attendees.

Problems Identified:

1. Sound Pressure Level Issue
2. Blind Spot Issue
3. Clarity Issue
4. Defective Horn Speakers

Proposed Solutions:

1. Addition of 4 new speakers at identified locations.
2. Relocation of existing speakers to a minimum height of 5 meters from the floor, along with the addition of a few new speakers.
3. Installation of a new digital matrix mixer with an Imam preset to allow for better sound adjustment and improved sound clarity tailored to individual Imams.
4. Addition of a power sequencer to prevent current surges and replacement of the amplifier with a more heavy-duty one suitable for horn speaker applications.

TOTAL FUND NEDDED = RM 90,000.00

*The excess collection will be used for other SHAS mosque maintenance
